Go to market simplified
Inviso Marketing developed a comprehensive go to market kit for the Microsoft Intune sales team. The final kit included materials to help sales reps get smart on the product, drive leads, host sales meetings, and ultimately sell better with consistent, on-brand content.
Making buying season fun
Buying season for school IT admins can be a stressful time given budget constraints and product/license evaluations. We wanted to add some color to the process with a fun “better together” campaign that pushed the envelope visually (while staying on brand) and brought clarity around the benefits and value of top Microsoft solutions for education.
Transitions made easy
Inviso Marketing focused on ensuring business continuity with minimal end-user impact. We updated data segments for six audiences, redesigned 15 emails to fit new design parameters, and built exponential segments for precise targeting.
Building a strong visual identity
An established team asked for help bringing their branding up-to-date. Over time, their look had become diluted across various internal teams – templates had been tweaked and assets lacked consistency. They asked for a unique look/feel that was distinctive while also tying back to what they do for customers. We concepted around three themes: topography (getting the lay of the land), data, and kaleidoscope – bringing a changing landscape into focus. In a massive update, we applied their chosen style to 100 assets in just a month and also extended the theme out to sister programs.
“Give me something beautiful”
For our designers, being challenged to “Give me something beautiful” is a lot of fun! We were thrilled to help a Microsoft customer advocacy team develop a uniform set of assets for adoption pioneers of Microsoft Copilot. The emails, badges, graphics, and PowerPoint templates that we designed pulled on existing brand guidelines as we provided elevated design options for our clients.
Bringing Windows Autopatch to life
We were asked to concept a new design direction for a product announcement, drawing upon interesting design elements like textures and layers that had recently been introduced in a new set of branding elements. We selected and applied these to social media and other campaign assets for a fresh, uniform, appealing approach that draws the eye and reinforces the overall brand.
Power reporting for power results
In business, there’s always room for improvement. Our highly skilled analytics team is here to help with your reporting needs. Get in touch for everything from digital, web, & social media measurement, message testing, business intelligence reports and scorecards to Power BI and Adobe Analytics dashboards.
Show and tell with Reading Coach
To help showcase some super cool capabilities that help students build reading fluency, we created emails featuring GIFs and faux videos. Showcasing the products in action made it easier for readers to understand how the features work.
Gamifying the Azure adoption experience
Gamification makes learning fun! And we had fun bringing the Azure Adoption game to life, providing updated graphics, branding, professional printing, and presentation.
Connecting brands to audiences

A logo is a small space with big impact. It’s the face of your brand, the first thing customers see, and the key to making a lasting impression.
