AI-first agency: The people behind the work

Being an AI-first agency isn’t just a fancy buzzword. It’s a commitment to how we work, how we protect your work, and who exactly shows up to do that work.

Here’s what an AI-first creative team looks like at Inviso Marketing. We’ve got talented creative directors, art directors, copywriters, video editors, programmers, designers, and a creative traffic manager. These are the human minds behind every project, every asset, and every deadline we meet.

AI accelerates the work. People make it matter.

Take our work with Microsoft. Our design team partnered with Microsoft’s adoption team to reimagine the Microsoft 365 Copilot Hub and Scenario Library and launch a brand-new AI Agents Hub, experiences that make it easier for customers to explore and adopt AI. AI helped us move faster, but it was our people’s design instincts and strategic thinking that made those experiences land.

Our video team recently turned a Microsoft security training into a fully AI-generated, gamified narrative that dropped viewers into a real-life data breach. Then we helped scale it globally (into French, Spanish, Japanese, German, Portuguese, and Italian), adapting the language, visuals, and content for each market. By pairing AI video production with AI-driven localization and human quality assurance, we create and deploy global content faster.

Three pairs of people in different localized settings.

“The tools accelerate the work. The people drive the decision-making and the relationships.”

Here’s what AI still can’t do. It can’t tell when something feels off-brand. It can’t push back on vague content. And it can’t build trust over time with a client who has a lot riding on the work, and a tight timeline. Our clients hire people who care about getting it right.

That’s been true at Inviso since day one. Our clients come back for the relationships we build. When something shifts mid-project, a real person jumps in. We operate at machine speed without ever losing the human touch.

What this looks like in practice

We vet every AI tool we bring into our workflow. Security and compliance aren’t an afterthought. They’re the first conversation. Our clients trust us with sensitive brand assets, unreleased product campaigns, and strategic messaging that can’t end up in a training model. We take their security seriously.

We also have zero tolerance for AI slop. You know what it looks like. Images that feel slightly wrong, generic copy that says nothing, and outputs that check a box but miss the point entirely. Our human team is the filter. Every AI-assisted output goes through human eyes before a client ever sees it.

AI is only as good as the team using it. A strong creative team with a sharp direction and good instincts will use AI to accelerate and add to what they deliver. A team without those things will get slop, every time.

We get you. Being AI-first isn’t a tagline for us, it’s how we operate. We jump in, we think broad then focus in, and we find a way. AI helps us do that faster, but our people are why it works.

What would it mean for your organization to have a partner operating at that kind of speed, without ever losing the human element? It means you stop starting from scratch, and start scaling what works.

We read Cowork’s chart. Here’s what we found.

We build a lot of cool decks at Inviso. It's one of our core services, and part of doing it well means testing new AI tools instead of just reading the takes. So when Cowork, Anthropic's Claude-powered desktop tool, started getting serious buzz for its PowerPoint capabilities, we did what anyone does before committing to something new. We tested it ourselves.
