Our People
Enthusiastically rolling up our sleeves since 2004. Meet the people who bring new energy and fresh ideas to your mix.
Clare’s a competitive soul. Tell her something’s impossible or can’t be improved and it just fuels her desire to prove otherwise. That’s what makes her such a great PM. Clare’s job is to support Inviso’s larger projects by compiling and cleaning up the data and distilling it into concise, easy-to-understand PowerPoint decks and Excel docs. They say the devil is in the details, but it’s actually Clare, paying attention to the small stuff to ensure that our big initiatives go off without a hitch.
Kerry is an introverted extrovert. Or an extraverted introvert. It all depends on the day. But some things about her are constant, namely: her infectiously positive attitude, her delightful sense of humor; and her belief that she’s got a pretty good thing going at Inviso. She’s easy-going and along with her background in advertising, loves to partner up and find ways to help her clients develop and deliver amazing creative. Speaking of amazing creative, Kerry helps us out with photography from time to time. (It’s her side hustle and she’s wonderful at it.) Her talents know no bounds!
Piyush works remotely from India, but you’d swear he was sitting in the next cubicle over because he’s always there when you need him most. Drawing from his deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Microsoft’s Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Piyush brings our clients’ emails to life in phenomenal ways. He creates powerful BI reports to give the team and our clients a clear view of how emails are performing, and helps us identify smart ways to make our emails as impactful as possible.
Erin is a crowd favorite and it’s easy to see why. She shows up prepared. She does her research. She anticipates concerns and is 100% spot-on with the details. She’ll gladly scour the data row by row to find that one sneaky anomaly that has evaded the rest of us. She also has an eye for branding and has earned a reputation for spotting legal or compliance issues. She worries that her “sticklerish” tendencies will make her the bad guy, but we think just the opposite. She makes us look smart and that makes her the ultimate good guy in our book.
Before Inviso, Stephanie was on the client side. She’s keenly aware of the pace and demands that her clients face, and works tirelessly to make their jobs simpler and less stressful. She’s a good listener and a thoughtful advisor. If she says she’s going to do something, she will do it. She enjoys solving problems, driving results and being a true partner to her clients.
At Inviso, we thrive in a fast-paced work environment. To make sure that “faced-paced” doesn’t cross the line into “OMG! This is out-of-control!” territory, we have Julie. Julie works behind the scenes, calmly ushering projects through the pipeline and keeping the communication lines clear. Well-organized and easy-going, she makes sure that the team feels supported and that we deliver on the timelines and promises we make to our clients. All with a smile on her face.
We hired CJ years ago for a freelance flash animation job. It became instantly clear that he was an incredibly skilled designer whose desire to learn would never, ever wane. We quickly made CJ a permanent part of our team and since then, he’s been our go-to guy for all things digital marketing – HTML, video editing, 3D animation, illustration, UX/UI, coding etc. He’s a critical thinker with good intuition. He’s curious and quick to adapt. And he loves being part of a team that gets energized by new technologies and ways to connect.
Jeanne is all in. All the time. Passionate, curious and full of hustle, she’s not the type to shy away from a new approach because it’s unfamiliar or hard. If it’s the best solution for her client, she’ll figure out a way to make it happen and she’ll inspire her team to do the same. She works really hard, she pushes herself and those around her to do their best, and when it’s all done, she celebrates not just the end product, but the entire process. As a leader, Jeanne realizes how important it is to gather the troops, toast the triumphs, breathe a sigh of relief and let everyone know that their piece of the project was important, appreciated, and deserving of a celebratory cocktail.
Mikiehl has an outside-the-box name and an outside-the-box style to match. Quirky, authentic and creative, Mikiehl has been coming up with fresh, boundary-pushing designs for Inviso’s clients for years. PowerPoint presentations, HTML emails, infographics, custom illustrations, logos, icons—it’s something new every day. He appreciates that Inviso pushes him creatively, but we feel like it’s the other way around. He brings something unique and forward-thinking to every project that comes across his desk and inspires us to do the same.
Marina wears many hats at Inviso. (You’d think her hair would get staticky, but her hats are metaphorical, so it’s all good.) She’s a task juggler, jumping in wherever she’s needed to help keep big projects running smoothly. She’s a self-starter, taking the lead on smaller jobs and managing localization requests. She’s a team player, helping with our internal communications and monthly Inviso newsletter. She’s outgoing and helpful, and loves that every day brings the opportunity to learn something new and add another hat to the rack.
Seung is our super-talented, lightning-fast, guideline-savvy graphic designer. Patient and hardworking, Seung manages Inviso’s commercial printing needs and is always ready to solve problems, research new tricks and technologies and share his passion for innovative art and design with others. Did we mention he’s also a an extremely gifted photographer? Well, he is. And the proof is on many pages of this website.
Samuel is our super-gifted data guy. For 6+ years, he’s been using COSMOS, SQL, Power BI, Excel—any tool that can help his teammates and clients get a clearer sense of what their customers are thinking and needing. Down-to-earth and attentive, he understands the ins and outs of Microsoft Data Sources (which is tricky) and can analyze reams of data and pinpoint the important nuggets that ultimately help shape and refine the way we tell our stories.
Laurie leads a double life at Inviso. One moment, she’s the team’s lead writer—digging into the research and crafting compelling content that’s clear and concise. The next, she’s managing projects—tapping into her years of high-tech B2B experience in order to give her clients the kind of smart, responsive guidance she appreciated when she was on the other side. No matter what role she dives into, she appreciates being able to collaborate with smart people doing interesting work on cool things that have a real impact on the world. And that’s a pretty good (double) life.
Some argue that it’s Kaycee’s playful personality and phenomenal eye for good design that make her such an amazing creative director. Others contend it’s her fearless optimism and her ability to help teams find common ground that set her apart. Still others claim it compassionate leadership and her willingness to step up and defend her team’s ideas. Regardless of her superpowers, no project is too big or too small for Kaycee. And feel free to ask her about her hair… Yes, it’s silver. Yes, it’s 100% natural.
Being able to tell a story visually is a gift, and Jenni possesses it. Whether building a website or email campaign, editing a video, or dreaming up animations and interactive experiences, Jenni loves zeroing in on the heart of a client’s story and exploring fresh new ways to tell it. She’s also really into typography. (While earning her Masters, she took a class on letterpress printing. The experience solidified her love of typography and continues to play a role in her layouts, and all the little details that make branding so fun.)
Ineke is a project manager, soccer coach, and mother of six. She has a lot of balls in the air, figuratively and literally, and the juggle is what fuels her. At Inviso, she deftly bounces where’s she’s needed, lending support at just the right time. She’s an eagle-eyed proofer, a QA fact checker, a gifted writer, and a rally ally on a rush deadline. She enjoys the variety and pace of work at Inviso and being part of a smart, energetic team that shares her love of marketing and her belief that life is far too short to sit still.
