Jeanne Kirby
Vice President
Jeanne is all in. All the time. Passionate, curious and full of hustle, she’s not the type to shy away from a new approach because it’s unfamiliar or hard. If it’s the best solution for her client, she’ll figure out a way to make it happen and she’ll inspire her team to do the same. She works really hard, she pushes herself and those around her to do their best, and when it’s all done, she celebrates not just the end product, but the entire process. As a leader, Jeanne realizes how important it is to gather the troops, toast the triumphs, breathe a sigh of relief and let everyone know that their piece of the project was important, appreciated, and deserving of a celebratory cocktail.

  • Lives for “TreatYoSelf” days with her daughters (17 & 19).
  • Has a soft spot for her little white dog, Skipper. (Named for the skip in his step, not his maritime savvy.)
  • Enjoys reading, driving fast, and soaking up the sun.
Kaycee Porter
Creative Director
Some argue that it’s Kaycee’s playful personality and phenomenal eye for good design that make her such an amazing creative director. Others contend it’s her fearless optimism and her ability to help teams find common ground that set her apart. Still others claim it compassionate leadership and her willingness to step up and defend her team’s ideas. Regardless of her superpowers, no project is too big or too small for Kaycee. And feel free to ask her about her hair... Yes, it’s silver. Yes, it’s 100% natural.

  • Loves painting, making earrings, remodeling, thrifting, and knows the entire Xanadu soundtrack by heart.
  • Has two stinky-but-sweet soccer-loving boys.
  • Into hiking, but hasn’t hit the trails lately. Too busy soccer-momming.
Rickey Bird
Sr. Marketing Manager
When people find out that Rickey started his career in PR, they are 0% surprised. A natural-born communicator, he’s got an energy that inspires people to ask questions and get excited about new possibilities. He’s charismatic. And curious. And honest. And if you have something extra sensitive, or tricky or complicated that you need to convey, Rickey’s the sounding board you trust to help you phrase it right. Combine all this with the fact that he’s got a phenomenal mind for campaign strategy and manages projects like a ninja, and it’s easy to see why he’s earned the top spot on his clients’ speed dials.

  • Loves the water—SCUBA, boating, bobbing up and down like a cork, all of it.
  • Gets excited to tell complex technology stories in a way that grandparents can understand.
  • If he ever goes missing, check the bar first. He’s probably deep in conversation about some kind of technology.

Drawing from his deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Microsoft’s Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Piyush brings our clients emails to life in phenomenal ways. Erin Chutich
Sr. Marketing Project Manager
Erin is a crowd favorite and it’s easy to see why. She shows up prepared. She does her research. She anticipates concerns and is 100% spot-on with the details. She’ll gladly scour the data row by row to find that one sneaky anomaly that has evaded the rest of us. She also has an eye for branding and has earned a reputation for spotting legal or compliance issues. She worries that her “sticklerish” tendencies will make her the bad guy, but we think just the opposite. She makes us look smart and that makes her the ultimate good guy in our book.

  • Seriously addicted to Post-It Notes.
  • Her first job was a classic: She sold lemonade, cotton candy and sno-cones at the Kingdome.
  • Skydiving on at least five continents is on her bucket list (she’s already accomplished three).

Stephanie Evans

Randy Chen
Email & Data Operations Engineer
Randy loves a puzzle. It’s part of what makes his work with Inviso so satisfying. He’s always on the hunt for a new challenge to solve, and his job coding the HTML email for our clients, processing data, and setting up the quality assurance for our pipelines gives him lots of opportunities to play with different technologies. His background as a contract software tester and data engineer for Microsoft gave him all the tools he needs for this kind of problem-solving. His bag of tools is deep, and he uses them daily to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes at Inviso!

  • Originally from Taiwan, but has been in the PNW for 22 years.
  • Loves working remotely so his cat Nemo can get all the lap time he needs.
  • Enjoys playing Mahjong, the real game, not the tile-matching Windows one.
CJ Hutchings
Lead Designer
We hired CJ years ago for a freelance flash animation job. It became instantly clear that he was an incredibly skilled designer whose desire to learn would never, ever wane. We quickly made CJ a permanent part of our team and since then, he’s been our go-to guy for all things digital marketing – HTML, video editing, 3D animation, illustration, UX/UI, coding etc. He’s a critical thinker with good intuition. He’s curious and quick to adapt. And he loves being part of a team that gets energized by new technologies and ways to connect.

  • Plays softball religiously… like every weekend.
  • Fishes and bowls when his body needs a break from incessant softball.
  • Heads back to the softball field as soon as the Advil kicks in and he can hobble well enough.
Monica Eguia
Marketing Administrative Assistant
Monica has always been a jill-of-all-trades. She loves jumping in to help solve tough problems. For Inviso, Monica handles general administrative tasks, specifically: project billing, cost-tracking, setting up link matrixes and reviewing email test sends. Her background assisting Marketing CEOs in the UK, Germany and Belgium, and managing website development projects are part of what gives her the confidence she needs to support the Inviso team. She loves the thrill (and the challenge) of getting to dig in on all manner of marketing projects. No matter the task, Monica always comes to her work with positivity and passion!

  • Loves hanging out with friends, reading books, boxing or baking.

  • Enjoys travelling and exploring different cultures!

  • Childhood dream is to run the corporate world! 😀

Mikiehl has an outside-the-box name and an outside-the-box style to match. Quirky, authentic and creative, Mikiehl has been coming up with fresh, boundary-pushing designs for Inviso’s clients for years. PowerPoint presentations, HTML emails, infographics, custom illustrations, logos, icons—it’s something new every day. Juliana Lavorini
Sr. Marketing Project Manager
Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, Juliana has lived in three countries and visited 31. Along her travels, she’s collected far more than just trinkets. She picked up the ability to handle ambiguity with ease, communicate like a pro, and pay careful attention to small details without ever losing sight of the big picture. (She even made a pit stop to earn a Masters in Social and Sustainable Management.) Turns out, the skills Juliana’s been gathering along her life’s journey are the exact ones we were looking for in a PM. She’s an invaluable asset to the Inviso team and we’re lucky to have her.

  • Loves to venture off to photograph wildlife with her faithful mutt, Vicky.
  • Has a gold medal from when her chess career peaked…at age 8.

Samuel is our super-gifted data guy. For 6+ years, he’s been using COSMOS, SQL, Power BI, Excel—any tool that can help his teammates and clients get a clearer sense of what their customers are thinking and needing. Down-to-earth and attentive, he understands the ins and outs of Microsoft Data Sources (which is tricky) and can analyze reams of data and pinpoint the important nuggets that ultimately help shape and refine the way we tell our stories.
  • Owns his own racing simulator so he can crash and burn in the safety of his living room.
  • Loves to eat all the time, and misses those glorious years when he could do it without consequences.
  • Discovered a passion for puzzles thanks to COVID lockdown.

Laurie Maltman
Sr. Consultant
Laurie leads a double life at Inviso. One moment, she’s the team’s lead writer—digging into the research and crafting compelling content that’s clear and concise. The next, she’s managing projects—tapping into her years of high-tech B2B experience in order to give her clients the kind of smart, responsive guidance she appreciated when she was on the other side. No matter what role she dives into, she appreciates being able to collaborate with smart people doing interesting work on cool things that have a real impact on the world. And that’s a pretty good (double) life.
  • After years of racing sailboats, now appreciates the ease of power boats.
  • Loves trekking through backwoods trails and urban art museums in equal measure.
  • Scouts out new pickleball courts from AZ to WA. Have racquet, will travel.

A competitive soccer player all her life, she’s full of energy and laser-focused on going above and beyond for her clients. She’s incredibly organized, loves building a strong team, and admits to sometimes seeking out chaos just because simplifying it is so darn fun. She’s a dynamo, and one you definitely want on your team.

  • Loves being outdoors with friends and family, glamping it up in her travel trailer.
  • Always down for a good ol’ dive bar.

The variety of tasks and applications Santhosh gets to engage with at Invsio keeps his creativity humming. He also considers himself someone with deep curiosity (he could talk to just about anyone about just about anything) and through his design work he gets to explore all of his many interests.

Michelle studied Visual and Design communications; and has a diploma in Architecture and Interior Design. Before coming to Inviso, Michelle worked in television as head of the digital department, working with brands like Coca-Cola, and Old Spice to name a few. • Has an impressive memory for song lyrics.

  • Well-known for her outdoorsy-ness, she’s well on her way to becoming a bonafide surfer.

She loves everything about managing the Inviso social media platforms, from planning and designing, to seeing it all come together!

But no matter what she’s doing, Ysa would describe herself as passionate: passionate about her career, engaging in conversations about anything under the sun, and caring for others. It’s Ysa’s in-the-moment spirit that really adds a spark to the Inviso team!

Zharleen Villamor

Zhar works closely with both the Creative and Account teams to organize people and processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget. She’s got all the tools required to seamlessly weave together timelines, utilize resources, and improvise solutions when they’re needed most.

She credits her aptitude in the creative space to her background in event management, but passion for the work plays a big part. Zhar loves the challenge of keeping all the moving parts working in harmony; while still balancing the needs of the team.

  • Happy (and lucky) wife to an amazing cook
  • Proud mother of a 2 year-old little songster—there’s music in the air at Zhar’s house!
  • Committed to her faith, and a devoted follower of Christ
Mia Greenberg
Marketing Project Manager
Mia is a master of transformation: as a marketing project manager she loves turning the “ambiguous” into action. Helping clients think through and accomplish their goals is one of her favorite parts of the job at Inviso. Whether she’s guiding web projects forward or capturing client requests, Mia’s always got one eye on improving processes for repeatable tasks and communication, and our clients feel it. As a Marketing PM, Mia is grateful to have seen what makes a reliable system work, and she uses that insight to meet (and usually exceed) needs for Inviso’s clients.

  • Moved from the Boston area to Seattle alone and on a whim in her 20’s and has stayed for 10+ years

Kerry Carty
Marketing Project Manager
Kerry is an introverted extrovert. Or an extraverted introvert. It all depends on the day. But some things about her are constant, namely: her infectiously positive attitude, her delightful sense of humor; and her belief that she’s got a pretty good thing going at Inviso. She’s easy-going and loves to partner up and find ways to help her clients develop and deliver amazing creative. Speaking of amazing creative, Kerry helps us out with photography from time to time. (It’s her side hustle and she’s wonderful at it.) Her talents know no bounds!

  • Likes candy, could eat it all day.

  • Also likes martinis, could drink them all day (if allowed).

  • Suspects that her martini craving stems from having two teenagers, a dog and a pet rabbit that has overstayed its welcome.

Sarah Goodwin
Marketing Project Manager
A straight-shooter, Sarah’s never met a challenge she couldn’t conquer. As a project manager, she’s highly organized, but not afraid to shake things up when a curveball comes her way. Sarah’s agility and team spirit make her a great leader, but it’s the relationships with the people she works with that really light her up. She’s all about direct from the heart communication.

Sarah started her career in fashion merchandising, where she worked for leaders in the field like Nordstrom, Amazon, and Eddie Bauer. That work combined her love for art and design with her data driven mindset, and she brings that balance to her work at Inviso.

  • Sarah’s been to over seventy concerts in the last fifteen years
  • She loves all the genres: rap, punk, classic rock, pop. (You should see her concert t-shirt collection!)
  • A lifelong competitive athlete (soccer and basketball), but fell in love with boxing in college and now teaches at a boxing gym in Seattle
Stephanie Ortega
Marketing Business Development
Stephanie’s role creating new business relationships and projects for the marketing department is as varied and creative as she is. Though her background is in tech, driving and developing new business, she also studied art and architecture. It’s this combo of vision and sales acumen that makes her great at what she does—sharing Inviso’s amazing catalog of work with the world!

Stephanie describes herself, “like a Husky.” She might look very serious, but on the inside she’s intensely passionate about what she does. And she brings that calm creative spirit to relationship-building with Inviso clients old and new.

  • An AI super-user, she’s very excited about what’s possible!
  • Little known fact: Stephanie was a child star, she sang and danced, and even starred in commercials and did voiceover work
  • Also a certified makeup artist in special effects

Katherine Berfield
Graphic Designer
Katherine is all about the visuals. Exploring a client’s visual language to tell their story is what makes her job as a digital designer really sing. Her background in UX design and love of graphics make her a great fit at Inviso, where she gets to flex both her creative and analytical muscles. Katherine specializes in illustration, animation, and user interfaces, and got her start making logos for indie video games. She’s since designed for clients like Microsoft, Amazon, FINRA, and Nordstrom (to name a few), but—stellar background aside—it’s her focus on people and story that really sets her work apart.

  • Also a short fiction writer—Katherine’s even had her stories featured on podcasts.
  • In her free time you can find her drawing, hiking, or volunteering at the local aquarium.
  • As a kid, she wanted to either be an artist, or a dinosaur. One of those worked out!

“Why simply achieve goals when you can crush them?” This statement sums Kat up perfectly.

  • Deftly juggles two toddlers, a husband and a black lab named Hank.
  • Loves being outdoors with friends and family, glamping it up in her travel trailer.
  • Always down for a good ol’ dive bar.
Santhosh Rajasekar

In addition to his love of fitness, free-range conversation and street foods, Santhosh loves bringing his creative side to his work at Inviso. He’s a whiz at turning PowerPoint presentations, email templates, and Word Docs into beautifully designed and efficient tools. The variety of tasks and applications Santhosh gets to engage with at Invsio keeps his creativity humming. He also considers himself someone with deep curiosity (he could talk to just about anyone about just about anything) and through his design work he gets to explore all of his many interests.

  • Was a part of India Military Cadet Corps Naval wing.

  • Had chance to get trained by Indian Navy personals inside war ships for several months on sea.

  • Is a national gold medal winner in Military marching.

Dharani Ranganathan

Exploring new ways to share information visually is Dharani’s cup of tea. Drawing from his extensive experience creating presentations, he’s able to transform a basic PowerPoint deck or Word document into an engaging, graphic-rich story that gets noticed and remembered. He works remotely in India, but thanks to Teams, we get to see his easy smile, hear his stellar ideas, and tap into his expertise every day.

  • Indoor/outdoor, online/in-person – if there’s a game being played, Dharani wants in.
  • To combat the COVID blah-ness, Dharani bought an aquarium and is filling his tank with colorful finned-friends.
  • Loves solo late-night drives, dogs and tea.
Jenni Sands

Being able to tell a story visually is a gift, and Jenni possesses it. Whether building a website or email campaign, editing a video, or dreaming up animations and interactive experiences, Jenni loves zeroing in on the heart of a client’s story and exploring fresh new ways to tell it. She’s also really into typography. (While earning her Masters, she took a class on letterpress printing. The experience solidified her love of typography and continues to play a role in her layouts, and all the little details that make branding so fun.)

  • Decided in kindergarten that squash was her favorite food. Stands by her choice to this day.
  • Collects weird houseplants, especially carnivorous ones.
  • Would love to make letterpress-printed books by hand when she retires.
Michelle de la Vega

If you need help with a PowerPoint presentation, Michelle´s door is always open! She also creates banners, infographics, and flyers for Inviso. If you can imagine it, she can create it. Michelle studied Visual and Design communications; and has a diploma in Architecture and Interior Design. Before coming to Inviso, Michelle worked in television as head of the digital department, working with brands like Coca-Cola, and Old Spice to name a few. No matter the design challenge put in front of her, Michelle is always looking for the fun and positive side of the work. It’s part of what makes her and her designs, so stellar!

  • Been crafty since she was a child: loves to make paintings experimenting with different techniques.
  • Has an impressive memory for song lyrics.
  • Well-known for her outdoorsy-ness, she’s well on her way to becoming a bonafide surfer.
Ysabel Sibal

Ysa speaks fluent social media. As a digital native, she grew up alongside the development of the internet, so her role as Social Media Specialist and Project Manager for Inviso is a perfect fit. She loves everything about her job managing the Inviso social media platforms, from planning and designing, to seeing it all come together!

But no matter what she’s doing, Ysa would describe herself as passionate: passionate about her career, engaging in conversations about anything under the sun, and caring for others. It’s Ysa’s in-the-moment spirit that really adds a spark to the Inviso team!

  • Fully caffeine-powered. Ysa can conquer anything with a coffee in hand!
  • Loves going on adventures – may it be discovering nature, exploring new museums, or trying out a new hobby! Whatever is it, she goes all the way.
  • Also an avid reader and gamer. (Loves to get her spooky fix reading about magic, witches, and mythology.)
Zharleen Villamor

Zhar works closely with both the Creative and Account teams to organize people and processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget. Her resourcefulness and resilience means she’s got all the tools required to seamlessly weave together timelines, utilize resources, and improvise solutions when they’re needed most.

She credits her aptitude in the creative space to her background in event management, but passion for the work plays a big part. Creative projects are constantly shape-shifting, and Zhar loves the challenge of keeping all the moving parts working in harmony; while still balancing the needs of the team.

  • Happy (and lucky) wife to an amazing cook
  • Proud mother of a 2 year-old little songster—there’s music in the air at Zhar’s house!
  • Committed to her faith, and a devoted follower of Christ
Mia Greenberg

Mia is a master of transformation: as a marketing project manager she loves turning the “ambiguous” into action. Helping clients think through and accomplish their goals is one of her favorite parts of the job at Inviso. Whether she’s guiding web projects forward or capturing client requests, Mia’s always got one eye on improving processes for repeatable tasks and communication, and our clients feel it.

As a Marketing PM, Mia is grateful to have seen what makes a reliable system work, and she uses that insight to meet (and usually exceed) needs for Inviso’s clients.

  • Moved from the Boston area to Seattle alone and on a whim in her 20’s and has stayed for 10+ years.
  • Working on self-publishing a children’s book. (A dream since grade schoolslowly coming true!)
  • Mom to a rambunctious but sweet one-and-a-half year-old.
Kerry Carty

Behind the curtains, Inviso has built up a network of trusted, experienced professionals.

Having these talented folks at the ready gives us the flexibility to scale up quickly so we can say “heck, yes!” to any size job.

We are always looking for driven and inspired new talent.

Rickey Bird

Sr. Marketing Manager
To say that Mike is a Numbers Guy is an extreme understatement. For 20+ years, Mike has been revealing insights into clients’ data and formulating strategic solutions that are based on facts, not whims. He’s intelligent, thorough and can fluently speak both dialects of Nerd—Analytic & Business-Relevant. In fact, Mike can communicate complex statistical solutions to a roomful of marketing professionals with a very low percentage of audience member glaze-over. That’s pretty remarkable for a Numbers Guy—or anyone for that matter.

(Speaking of accomplishments, Mike is also a chronic marathoner. He runs one a month—all over the world. Like we said, not your average Numbers Guy.)
