Jeanne Kirby
Vice President
Jeanne is all in. All the time. Passionate, curious and full of hustle, she’s not the type to shy away from a new approach because it’s unfamiliar or hard. If it’s the best solution for her client, she’ll figure out a way to make it happen and she’ll inspire her team to do the same. She works really hard, she pushes herself and those around her to do their best, and when it’s all done, she celebrates not just the end product, but the entire process. As a leader, Jeanne realizes how important it is to gather the troops, toast the triumphs, breathe a sigh of relief and let everyone know that their piece of the project was important, appreciated, and deserving of a celebratory cocktail.

  • Lives for “TreatYoSelf” days with her daughters (17 & 19).
  • Has a soft spot for her little white dog, Skipper. (Named for the skip in his step, not his maritime savvy.)
  • Enjoys reading, driving fast, and soaking up the sun.
Kaycee Porter
Creative Director
Some argue that it’s Kaycee’s playful personality and phenomenal eye for good design that make her such an amazing creative director. Others contend it’s her fearless optimism and her ability to help teams find common ground that set her apart. Still others claim it compassionate leadership and her willingness to step up and defend her team’s ideas. Regardless of her superpowers, no project is too big or too small for Kaycee. And feel free to ask her about her hair... Yes, it’s silver. Yes, it’s 100% natural.

  • Loves painting, making earrings, remodeling, thrifting, and knows the entire Xanadu soundtrack by heart.
  • Has two stinky-but-sweet soccer-loving boys.
  • Into hiking, but hasn’t hit the trails lately. Too busy soccer-momming.
Rickey Bird
Sr. Marketing Manager
When people find out that Rickey started his career in PR, they are 0% surprised. A natural-born communicator, he’s got an energy that inspires people to ask questions and get excited about new possibilities. He’s charismatic. And curious. And honest. And if you have something extra sensitive, or tricky or complicated that you need to convey, Rickey’s the sounding board you trust to help you phrase it right. Combine all this with the fact that he’s got a phenomenal mind for campaign strategy and manages projects like a ninja, and it’s easy to see why he’s earned the top spot on his clients’ speed dials.

  • Loves the water—SCUBA, boating, bobbing up and down like a cork, all of it.
  • Gets excited to tell complex technology stories in a way that grandparents can understand.
  • If he ever goes missing, check the bar first. He’s probably deep in conversation about some kind of technology.

Piyush Chaturvedi
Marketing Engineer/PM
Piyush works remotely from India, but you’d swear he was sitting in the next cubicle over because he’s always there when you need him most. Drawing from his deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Microsoft’s Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Piyush brings our clients emails to life in phenomenal ways. He creates powerful BI reports to give the team and our clients a clear view of how emails are performing, and helps us identify smart ways to make our emails as impactful as possible.
  • Hidden behind his thick beard is a huge-hearted, animal-loving vegan.
  • Got married at the start of COVID and has fostered four kittens, one cat and an amazing relationship with his wife.
  • Sprang into action during India’s 2021 COVID wave to find hospital beds, concentrators, oxygen cylinders and BiPAPs for those in need. Like we said…huge heart.
Erin Chutich
Sr. Marketing Project Manager
Erin is a crowd favorite and it’s easy to see why. She shows up prepared. She does her research. She anticipates concerns and is 100% spot-on with the details. She’ll gladly scour the data row by row to find that one sneaky anomaly that has evaded the rest of us. She also has an eye for branding and has earned a reputation for spotting legal or compliance issues. She worries that her “sticklerish” tendencies will make her the bad guy, but we think just the opposite. She makes us look smart and that makes her the ultimate good guy in our book.

  • Seriously addicted to Post-It Notes.
  • Her first job was a classic: She sold lemonade, cotton candy and sno-cones at the Kingdome.
  • Skydiving on at least five continents is on her bucket list (she’s already accomplished three).

Stephanie Evans
Sr. Consultant
Before Inviso, Stephanie was on the client side. She’s keenly aware of the pace and demands that her clients face, and works tirelessly to make their jobs simpler and less stressful. She’s a good listener and a thoughtful advisor. If she says she’s going to do something, she will do it. She enjoys solving problems, driving results and being a true partner to her clients.
  • Born and raised in the Seattle area.
  • Spends weekends on basketball bleachers and auditorium seats, cheering on her kids (ages 12, 15 & 19).
  • On the Board of Directors of a ministry that works to bring education, water, and healthcare to a remote village in Uganda. (Has traveled to Uganda twice and can’t wait to go again.)

Randy Chen
Email & Data Operations Engineer
Randy loves a puzzle. It’s part of what makes his work with Inviso so satisfying. He’s always on the hunt for a new challenge to solve, and his job coding the HTML email for our clients, processing data, and setting up the quality assurance for our pipelines gives him lots of opportunities to play with different technologies. His background as a contract software tester and data engineer for Microsoft gave him all the tools he needs for this kind of problem-solving. His bag of tools is deep, and he uses them daily to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes at Inviso!

  • Originally from Taiwan, but has been in the PNW for 22 years.
  • Loves working remotely so his cat Nemo can get all the lap time he needs.
  • Enjoys playing Mahjong, the real game, not the tile-matching Windows one.
CJ Hutchings
Lead Designer
We hired CJ years ago for a freelance flash animation job. It became instantly clear that he was an incredibly skilled designer whose desire to learn would never, ever wane. We quickly made CJ a permanent part of our team and since then, he’s been our go-to guy for all things digital marketing – HTML, video editing, 3D animation, illustration, UX/UI, coding etc. He’s a critical thinker with good intuition. He’s curious and quick to adapt. And he loves being part of a team that gets energized by new technologies and ways to connect.

  • Plays softball religiously… like every weekend.
  • Fishes and bowls when his body needs a break from incessant softball.
  • Heads back to the softball field as soon as the Advil kicks in and he can hobble well enough.
Monica Eguia
Marketing Administrative Assistant
Monica has always been a jill-of-all-trades. She loves jumping in to help solve tough problems. For Inviso, Monica handles general administrative tasks, specifically: project billing, cost-tracking, setting up link matrixes and reviewing email test sends. Her background assisting Marketing CEOs in the UK, Germany and Belgium, and managing website development projects are part of what gives her the confidence she needs to support the Inviso team. She loves the thrill (and the challenge) of getting to dig in on all manner of marketing projects. No matter the task, Monica always comes to her work with positivity and passion!

  • Loves hanging out with friends, reading books, boxing or baking.

  • Enjoys travelling and exploring different cultures!

  • Childhood dream is to run the corporate world! 😀

Art Director
Mikiehl has an outside-the-box name and an outside-the-box style to match. Quirky, authentic and creative, Mikiehl has been coming up with fresh, boundary-pushing designs for Inviso’s clients for years. PowerPoint presentations, HTML emails, infographics, custom illustrations, logos, icons—it’s something new every day. He appreciates that Inviso pushes him creatively, but we feel like it’s the other way around. He brings something unique and forward-thinking to every project that comes across his desk and inspires us to do the same.

Juliana Lavorini
Sr. Marketing Project Manager
Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, Juliana has lived in three countries and visited 31. Along her travels, she’s collected far more than just trinkets. She picked up the ability to handle ambiguity with ease, communicate like a pro, and pay careful attention to small details without ever losing sight of the big picture. (She even made a pit stop to earn a Masters in Social and Sustainable Management.) Turns out, the skills Juliana’s been gathering along her life’s journey are the exact ones we were looking for in a PM. She’s an invaluable asset to the Inviso team and we’re lucky to have her.

  • Loves to venture off to photograph wildlife with her faithful mutt, Vicky.
  • Has a gold medal from when her chess career peaked…at age 8.
  • Was “mildly” attacked by a baby shark in Miami.

Sr. Data Engineer
Samuel is our super-gifted data guy. For 6+ years, he’s been using COSMOS, SQL, Power BI, Excel—any tool that can help his teammates and clients get a clearer sense of what their customers are thinking and needing. Down-to-earth and attentive, he understands the ins and outs of Microsoft Data Sources (which is tricky) and can analyze reams of data and pinpoint the important nuggets that ultimately help shape and refine the way we tell our stories.
  • Owns his own racing simulator so he can crash and burn in the safety of his living room.
  • Loves to eat all the time, and misses those glorious years when he could do it without consequences.
  • Discovered a passion for puzzles thanks to COVID lockdown.

Laurie leads a double life at Inviso. One moment, she’s the team’s lead writer—digging into the research and crafting compelling content that’s clear and concise. The next, she’s managing projects—tapping into her years of high-tech B2B experience in order to give her clients the kind of smart, responsive guidance she appreciated when she was on the other side. No matter what role she dives into, she appreciates being able to collaborate with smart people doing interesting work on cool things that have a real impact on the world. A competitive soccer player all her life, she’s full of energy and laser-focused on going above and beyond for her clients. She’s incredibly organized, loves building a strong team, and admits to sometimes seeking out chaos just because simplifying it is so darn fun. She’s a dynamo, and one you definitely want on your team.

  • Loves being outdoors with friends and family, glamping it up in her travel trailer.
  • Always down for a good ol’ dive bar.

Graphic Designer
In addition to his love of fitness, free-range conversation and street foods, Santhosh loves bringing his creative side to his work at Inviso. The variety of tasks and applications Santhosh gets to engage with at Invsio keeps his creativity humming. He also considers himself someone with deep curiosity (he could talk to just about anyone about just about anything) and through his design work he gets to explore all of his many interests.

  • Was a part of India Military Cadet Corps Naval wing.

  • Had chance to get trained by Indian Navy personals inside war ships for several months on sea.

  • Is a national gold medal winner in Military marching.

Having these talented folks at the ready gives us the flexibility to scale up quickly so we can say “heck, yes!” to any size job.

We are always looking for driven and inspired new talent.

Rickey Bird

Sr. Marketing Manager
To say that Mike is a Numbers Guy is an extreme understatement. For 20+ years, Mike has been revealing insights into clients’ data and formulating strategic solutions that are based on facts, not whims. He’s intelligent, thorough and can fluently speak both dialects of Nerd—Analytic & Business-Relevant. In fact, Mike can communicate complex statistical solutions to a roomful of marketing professionals with a very low percentage of audience member glaze-over. That’s pretty remarkable for a Numbers Guy—or anyone for that matter.

(Speaking of accomplishments, Mike is also a chronic marathoner. He runs one a month—all over the world. Like we said, not your average Numbers Guy.)
