Opportunity
These priorities shaped the work:
- Streamline: Build a clear customer journey to onboard users to Copilot from day one
- Scale: Create a flexible, future-ready platform that evolves alongside the product
- Connect: Bring pages together into a cohesive learning community

Research
We audited user interviews testing the Copilot Adoption site and benchmarked three major competitors. Key findings were shared with stakeholders to align on priorities and a clear direction for the platform. Three patterns emerged:

Limited discoverability
Users rated the learning resources highly, but didn’t know how to find them all. Information wasn’t accessible.

Outdated visuals
The visual design felt overwhelming and needed a refresh to align with Microsoft’s AI narrative.

Inconsistent structure
Page frameworks varied widely, complicating both the user experience and site operations.

Creating a funnel
Three connected experiences form the new platform:
Microsoft Copilot Adoption Hub
The entry point for all new users. A comprehensive resource center for organizations deploying and scaling Microsoft Copilot, and a gateway to deeper content across the platform.

Prompt Gallery
A showcase of how Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools apply to real business challenges, helping users connect the product to their daily work.

Pro Portal
A dedicated hub for advanced users scaling Microsoft Copilot across their organizations, with detailed resources for more complex deployment needs.
